Limo Hire Terms of Business

1. A charge of £100.00 per hour (or part thereof - prorata) will be levied on late return of vehicle. A supplementary invoice will be issued to customers.
2. No Refundable Deposit.
3. Any damage to the vehicle or contents by the hirer will be charge at the replacement cost. This includes any specialist cleaning when a valeting charge of £100.00 will be levied to include vehicle downtime.
4. Due to the size of the vehicle it may not always possible to access certain addresses. Under these circumstances the driver is instructed to park as close as possible without compromising the safety of other vehicles/road users.
5. We reserve the right to substitute a replacement vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of mechanical breakdown etc. Sapphire Limousines Ltd will endeavour to ensure that passengers are able to continue their journey by any alternative means of transport.
6. Maximum liability of Sapphire Limousines Ltd will be hire fees paid under any claim or circumstances.
7. Sapphire Limousines Ltd operate a “No Smoking” policy at all times.
8. Drivers are under strict instruction to terminate bookings, or refuses any person entry to any vehicle due to unsuitable behaviour.
9. Sapphire Limousines Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond their control.
10. Gratuities are acceptable, where appropriate, at the customers discretion.
